    I've seen damage LESS than yours and it was over 15K.

    I understand you have been through a trying experience. But as a Service Advisor in the business. There is something a body shop can do if you like to take it further, it is called "Set up & gauge" of which the car is set up and measured on the frame machine to see if and how far it is out of Factory Spec's. When I was living in Ontario Canada, it was a 3.0 hr. charge to the Insurance company.

    With the type of repair on the body (frame pull) they would of had to perform a Four Wheel Alignment afterwards. Did they provide you with a "Print Out" of the alignment?

    Also when you take it on the Hwy. does the car track straight, does it feel solid like a Volvo should?
