I’ve done it a few dozen times. You’ll need 14 quarts of fluid, new orings for the lines, and some clear PVC tubing.
Search Gibbons Flush on this forum. There will be a few dozen threads.
Or download IPD instructions. Or just buy their kit. It’s about $25 for the orings and tubing.
Use a JWS 3309 fluid.

The XC has 295,000 on it. Since this thread, it got the full filter and thermostat set up, along with the larger cooler. Just flushed the fluid this week. Shifts great.
