Strong vibration with defrost and A/C on.

I noticed a vibration in the steering wheel when I cut the A/C on and it goes away to an extent when I start to drive. Yesterday I cut the defrost on while driving and the vibration was much stronger. I cut the defrost off and the vibration goes away. I have searched the forum with no success. Possible engine mounts?
