'99 V70 XC 101k Roof Rack with crossbars, 3rd row seat

To make a long story short, My mom got a chance to drive my '98 V70R and now she wants one So the XC must go.

Nordic Blue\ Black Interior
Third Row Seat
Roof Rack with cross bars

tires have 80-90% tread
Interior is in great shape (Minimal wear on drivers seat)
New O2 sensors
New tie rods
Oil changed every 3000 miles
all even tread wear
Everything works
AWD system is in perfect running order.
The ETM is fine and the Recall was done before we bought it.

What it needs
Upper engine mount ( will be done before it's sold)
Timing Belt will need to be changed soon.
