'98 V70XC for sale in Richmond, Virginia

Hi, all -- I have posted here before. Ended up making the 4-tire purchase as a result of reading responses RE tires and this model. Anyway, need to sell our '98 wagon. It's been a great car. Has all the bells and whistles. But we needed something with a little better mpg. The ad:

Clean, loaded, runs beautifully, clear title, with transferable CarMax MaxCare service plan through 7/06. Excellent safety rating, great condition, new tires, up-to-date service, factory-installed features including:

Car got four new tires 3 months ago, shoed at CarMax, and they have just 3K miles on them now. Had them rotated in late March.

Professional (CarMax) condition appraisal as of 3/17/06. Virginia state inspection through 3/07. 109,000 miles.

We bought the car from RVA CarMax in Summer 2003. CarMax has handled all maintenance, and I have all receipts. The following has been replaced: transmission (there's a rebuilt unit in there now), ABS unit, and in March '06 it got a new timing belt. Warranty will transfer with this car and lasts through July '06.

I've seen the blue book; we are asking $8,000. This is a nice car and I've loved driving it.

Hey, got to move this car. Had a mechanic check it and it needs a rear seal replaced, new transmission boots and a shaft. Looks like I can get these items replaced under warranty. Everything else same as in my initial post.
