Default Best places for DIM/Instrument Cluster Refurbishing?

My 2003 XC70 won't pass inspection because the high-beam indicator is flaky. The DIM has several other problems, but this one function prevents me from being able to pay registration and operate it legally.

If I send it out to be resoldered, what are the known-good places? I'm in the US Mid-Atlantic.

I’ve done three DIM through Xemodex. Not cheap but good work, quick turn around, and lifetime warranty.

I'm not too far, but I think I'm going to send it to a place in Greenville, SC. There's a big automotive industry there and a place called Circuit Board Medics that has lots of good reviews. Honestly, I work in electronics, and I feel like Xemodex's prices are high for what needs to be done. As I understand it, it's pretty much the same problem on every cluster, so it's mostly assembly-line repair. You resolder chip leads and a couple of other components.
