    Default gas fuel leak

Had a recent gas fuel leak to the exterior/ground - dangerous.
    Smelled it.
Problem and repair was cracked plastic fuel sending unit which was replaced (rear seat was removed to inspect).
Still smelling noticeable fuel within the interior of car, but not increasing smell since the repair. No fuel leak exterior wise - nothing on ground
Perhaps I'll do a car wash including undercarriage and watch-n-wait to see if odor decreases.
    Anyone experience this??
