Lift Spacers - what else??

I've done some searching and not really finding anything with enough detail to answer my questions.

If I were to install a kit such as THIS - are there other components that would require consideration?

Meaning - brake lines, end links, crash bolts for camber??

Anyone actually use a kit like this?

This is for P3, not P2. And they all are BS (the polyurethane spacers).

I should of found an accurate example but the same kit is available for a 2003.
"BS" doesnt actually tell me anything though.....

Spacers like these are used on a wide variety of cars, so its not BS.
However, with that said, I've never installed a kit like this myself so useful feedback is appreciated.
I'm not committed to it in any way, just curious.....
