Possible sale of '03 xc70

Folks

I am thinking of selling my XC70 to ease my cash flow problems in building a new home.  But I have no idea how much I can expect.   The car has 7K miles on it.  It is nautic blue, with graphite interior, premium package, touring package, DSTC and DVD navigator.   Suggestions would be welcome as kbb.com does not have any data.

Subtract $500 per month of ownership from the purchase price to arrive at a selling price. Compare this with other sources such as Kelly, Edmunds, local newspaper and dealership lot cars and adjust your final selling price accordingly.

For such a new car it should be AOK to sell to friends or family.

This is the "black book" which is what the dealers use, and it will give both wholesale (auction) and retail prices.

 The black book cites a value that is at least a thousad dollars more than what I had in my mind.  Furthermore, the value cited  does not even take into account the DSTC and the Navigator!
