Broken exhaust pipe by the turbo, how to get it out with no high lift.

Please help me, how can I get the cat converter out. Exhaust pipe is broken of ( 100%)by the turbo/ 3 bolt flange.
I cant not get it past the drive line or support for engine/gearbox. I do not have a high lift.
The car is jacked up only 15 inches.

If I remember right you can **just** get a Dremel Moto-Tool in there with a "cutoff wheel" in the chuck, and cut the pipe in sections. Wear safety glasses, the cutting will create a bright stream of nuisance sparks. Problem then is, getting the new one in. Installation just reverses the removal headache, does not cure it.
