    Default 200k maintenance

I have an 04 xc70 that is about to hit 200k. What type of maintenance should I be preparing to do?

Timing belt with tensioner and pulley, water pump, potentially motor mounts, coolant change, ATF flush, spark plugs, air filter, fuel filter, PCV cleaning/ replacement. Check brakes, brake hoses and suspension components.

Unless I am missing something obvious, I wouldn't fix what isn't broke.

Look at the parking brake shoes. They are known to delaminate potentially locking the wheel and causing damage. Replace spring retaining hardware.
Change Haldex and rear differential fluids. Mine were black at 90,000 miles. Consider replacing Haldex filter and cleaning pump screen.
Measure crankcase pressure to determine condition of PCV system.
What is age of coolant? If over 5 years, replace with Volvo.
I have used all Volvo fluids on our 2004 XC70.
