Steel 16'' wheels for 07' XC70: where to look? TPMS sensors?

Tirerack.com offers them for $58, is it reasonable or should I look elsewhere? What would the "reasonable"price be?
They also claim that they cannot sell them without TPMS sensors, and no shop will install them on the car with TPMS system without the sensors. They ask $144 for set of 4. -
Will my TPMS be happy with the non-Volvo sensors?

You can get other air sensors and they can be written to your cars computer. You don't need to buy them though. You can have your sensors swapped over. They are selling them for a pretty good price though. Without sensors, the light on your dash will come on.
