I have a 2009 XC70 T6.
What is the hub bore size of this car?

I've purchased a set of Tellus wheels: 16x7.
Will I need an adaptor for my hub? What size and where is the best place to get it?

Ken - G3 XC70 has 63.4mm hub centres, and 55mm offset

This was brought up earlier in the P2 XC70 forum. The hub bore diameter of your XC is less than the bore spec of those Tellus wheels, 1.7mm to be exact. You'll need hubcentric rings with an OD of 65.1mm and ID of 63.4mm. Not sure if you can even acquire rings of that spec so you may have to look into getting them custom milled.

I found mine on ebay UK.
Have a search for sprigot rings. cheap and work great.

Yes - just done a quick search for "spigot 65.1 63.4" on UK Ebay - and 3 results, ranging from £3 to £15...

Thanks guys. I found the hub centric rings at...... hubcentric-rings.com 18.9 Euro for all 4. Free shipping from Finland. 65.1 OD 63.4 ID.
Next comes the spacers. I want to widen the stance by 15mm. Found
H&R WHEEL SPACER 5X108/63.3 VOLVO 15MM DR.
Although the hub bore should be 63.4 H&R says their 63.3 spacer is compatible with 2009 Volvo XC70. Thoughts?

I'm a little confused about the additional length on the lug bolt though. If I'm correct, I need a 14x1.5 thread pattern. But some places seem to measure overall length and some measure the length of the threaded shank. I've read that with 15mm additional spacer, I should get a bolt of 45mm. Is that overall or thread length?

My 04 XC70 was reluctantly retired last week after an altercation with a bus, no one hurt. Purchased an 08 XC70 today, will pick it up on the weekend. I kept my original 16" whees and snow tires from the 04. Is the hub bore the same on the 04 xc70 as the 08 xc70 or will I need the rings referred to in this thread?

EDIT: I have since found this thread (http://www.volvoxc.com/forums/showth...ht=hub+centric) and it appears I do need rings 65.1-63.4.
