Default Oil cooler leaking antifreeze into the oil?

I just got the results of a lab test of my oil.

They said "excessive antifreeze in the oil"

    I'm thinking bad oil cooler!

Any one have any experience with this?

There is no milkiness and I did a block test for exhaust in the coolant (head gasket OK)

    Thanks,

Yes, that could be it, or a head gasket issue.

You dont have a footer with any engine type or year.. or even if it is a XC90..

    Default Not so fast!

Cold weather is here and less than 10000 mi after replacing the oil cooler I have coolant in the oil again. The first oil change after the new cooler (5000 mi) the oil tests came back negative for antifreeze.
