Cooling fan stays on, in cold start

Hello, i have this trouble with my 04 XC70, the cooling fan stays on even in a cold start, it starts at full speed about 3 or 5 secs after start the engine.

I think this could be for:
1.- Fan control module and ECU problem.
2.- Faulty wiring.

There's no error reported on the car computer, what could you advice?

Is there a way to test the wiring? voltage readings?
As far i know this fan has 3 speeds, how can I test if the ecu is commanding the fan to stay on at full speed?

temp fan switch, or temp sensor witch does the job of the fan switch.

Are you talking about radiator fan or cabin cooling fan?

Does it relate with the cooling fan attached to the water radiator? This one is the big fan controlled with a bosch unit

I am wondering how you solved your problem, I got the same issue since yesterday, after a few secs. the engine has been started, the fan begins to spin at full speed.
