Is there a way to lock a running 2006 XC90 while it warms up. I live outside of Hamilton and in the bitterly cold winters I want to be able to warm up my car without worrying about it being stolen.

Try using the valet key to lock the door while motor is running.

What did you do to make it work?
I tried locking the car with the engine running and it wouldn't lock?
