you can replace just the bushing on the control arm, but it requires special tools. IPD and FCP, as well as your dealer, carry the bushings. But the bushing require special tools to press them in. Only source of those tools that I've seen is the dealer, and mine wanted about $35 for each bushing pressed in...so, by the time you buy the front and rear bushings and pay that labor, new control arms could be cheaper.
I would get the alignment re-done after replacement of any front end component, including bushings.
If you decide to replace the control arms, I would consider replacing the balljoints at the same time. They're not expensive, and you have to disconnect them to get the control arm out. Further, be careful if you loosen the bolts that hold the strut to the spindle - those affect the camber, and you will need an alignment after that (and many shops don't even know that the camber is adjustable...)...
