Is no one concerned about airflow into the radiator? Those HUGE lamps may interfere with airflow into the radiator.

You guys could probably mount the lamps on the bottom side of the bar, which will free up airflow into the radiator, then you could mount your license plate on the lamp bar.

Do you not enjoy a voice of dissent? I'm here for balance.

I ran a setup similar to the picture when I rallied my old Datsun which had a fairly modest cooling system. Never had much problem with coolant temperature, just fried fuse boxes fairly often.

    Default Sleekester 2 Lamps

Back from the road trip folks and I've been on the phone with Randy Ellis. It looks like we'll go with a system for 2 lamps. The next question is on finishing. Do we want a powder coated finish or primer so you can finish it to your specification? Powder coating will bring with it an additional charges, the finish and proper handling/packaging/shipping needs.
Once I have this information, we should be in the money.

I'm reaching out to Randy for a rough sketch and final dollar amount.
So far, from the email traffic, we have six interested as well as Sanderson Volvo's Parts Department. Spread the word, I may do ten bars to get started.

    Thanks in advance,
    Griff

    Bill,
Were the burnt fuse boxes attributed to a lack of air or ample wiring flow?

Airflow should not be hampered by a two light system with air coming in from under the bumper as well as around the lamps.
