Just in case anyone hears fan noise from under the hood (this may have already been discussed), I discovered a new one last weekend. It's not the rad fan, but a fan inside the box where the ECU is. Had the hood open doing a fluid check after a run and it started up and ran for about 10 minutes. It must be a CPU cooler, and it's in the black box in front of the PS reservoir. I know there have been a lot of fan questions before and people mentioning fan noises when outside the car (no, not the afterblow), so I thought I'd share this possibly new info. First time I've heard it it nearly 2 years.

I was wondering the same thing lately, I hear one as well when I was looking for my A/T dipstick.
I know there is some fan for the A/C that can run for a while to remove the humidity in the duct. Might be this one.
There is so many things under the hood.
