Installed a USA SPEC PA11-VOL - iPod in-vehicle interface adapter, added a 3.5mm headphone AUX input to the back of the armrest.

May I ask why you replaced the US Spec with the IMIV (i.e. Problems)?
To me the increased cost difference wasn't justifiable.
