I got mine in a week ago and had the same complain as mention in this tread (throttle half way in before any reaction). Also it has "flared" some ocations on long drives.

Actually the "Drivers Manual" recomends engine braking for towing, so I would safely assume Volvo doesent expect the tranny to break using this technique.
I found also that 3rd gear is not enough...

Ask the company you use for developing if they can digitize your pics and put them on a CD for you. Most photoshop's do that(atleast at my place)
