I already have the third rear bumper (warranty) and the problem is still not fixed. It is more dominant in cold weather. The gap gets smaller the colder it is. In summer I have no problem.

The car drives very nice at top speed (US spec car) which is limited to 190 km/h (118 mph). It doesn't feel top heavy or unstable at that speed.
Brakes and tires can handle this speed. ...
