    Default HID/Xenon Lights

    What is required to add HID or Xenon lights to a '99 Volvo? Is it just a matter of buying the right bulbs? Or are there ballast changes, etc?

    HID's require special bulbs, ballasts and a wire harness to use plug-n-play with your OEM wiring.
