    Default epic fuel leak

I'm sure there are a million other threads about this.
My car is leaking around the plastic cap on the passenger side of the tank.
With no parts my mechanic is quoting $500 labor just to get the tank off. I've heard of some people unbolting the tank and tipping it sideways to get to the problem. Help me!
New to the car but not new to volvos.
And of course the car is throwing code 0070 at me which will likely be the abs module.
    Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Also what should I fix first.
