Something strange.. 2013 reartilt down, going up?

Passenger side mirror will tilt UP instead of down when the reverse gear is selected, if the car is unlocked with MY fob,

BUT when we used her fob, it behaves normally?? ( I attemped to reset using the sequence in the owners manual only to have the passenger side stay pointing at the ground )

Then, reset to factory defaults,

But how DO I get my fob (or the door control module if it is that ) reset,
to stop this mirror going up in reverse thing?
It is still pointing the passenger mirror up into the sky when I put it into reverse..
