In VIDA, the parts or removal section does not show that cup like shown in the photo above. I also searched "crankshaft" in parts store or Google, I still could not find such.
Any directions please?

I'm not certain what you're asking.
The arrow points to one of the VVT actuators for the cam. There is a green o-ring seal for the plug covering of that VVT, and that o-ring is available separately from Volvo. The price, of course, is silly, like $8 for an o-ring, but since they've got the only one I could find, that's what I paid when I did the cam seals many years ago.
FCP Euro might have an aftermarket seal and Corteco or Reinz are fine for that kind of part.
