    VIDA Parts:
#1 This shows my vehicle: model, year range, transmission, drive, and drive side.
If so with the year range, why 3 & 4?
    #3 Does this mean 2001 - 2009?
#4 Does this mean 2010 and up?
#5 On line, the part number for my car is the first one "30683516". Why?

Why is the right part number be for #2 and not for #3 ( -2009)?

    Thanks.

I read that as being #2 is good for Chassis numbers (the last 6 digits of your Vin) up to 253999; #3 being for Chassis numbers of 254000 and above which I'm assuming started in 2009, and #4 being for years 2010 and above.
As to why one pedal is good for P2 and some of P3's, another for just part of year 2009 and yet another for the final years, I dunno. Maybe because Volvo.
