I have DEM-0095 and DEM-000B errors and service required message.
Like to know if the Haldex motor gone bad or it's my GEN 3 Haldex controller.
Is the motor on GEN 3 DC or stepper motor? (below flow chart says DC motor and runs if 12V applied)
if DC motor, I could apply 12V and listen for motor turning
As for the Haldex controller, is there a way to test it without swapping with a known good controller to see if errors disappear?
Found this troubleshooting flowchart, it's nice:
https://xemodex.com/us/dem-diagnosti...c60-xc70-xc90/
This troubleshooting flowchart asks for 12V between pins 1 and 2 of Connector A and if so indicates faulty DEM, sent it in for repair.
Now I do have the 12V there and wonder if the fault is in DEM PCB or one of the 2 sensors that plug into it?
Also if I buy a used DEM, same part number 5WP22220-03 And HAP 511,
will it work if I swap the DEM or programming needed,
If programming needed does VIDA do it or need more software?
