    Default Got VIDA, now have codes, including a turbo code!

    Hello all:

    I just got VIDA-DiCE and scanned my carClick image for larger version.

ID:	9395. I am still getting the hang of this, and I couldn't figure out how to cut and paste the codes. I hope my screen capture shows up here...

    One that caught my eye was ECM-6806 Turbocharger (TC) control system flow fault- flow too low.

    This is on my 2004 XC70 with ~142k km on it. It seems to have less boost than my 2006 with similar mileage. The car does have a slightly rough idle as well. Any insight on where to look to fix this?

    The rough idle and low boost suggest an air leak between the turbo and throttle body. Cracked boost pipe, loose hose clamp, intercooler leak, something in that path.

    Just because you can see codes, doesn’t mean that you can see what’s wrong. You’re only seeing evidence of what’s wrong.

    For the rest, I would clear them all. See what comes back.

    What's good with VIDA is if you click that code you will get a screen the gives you suggestions - it should look like this:
