If you buy a new throttle it requires a download from volvo to make it work after it is installed. "Rebuilt" modules require programming also - Aftermarket companies program the throttle using your VIN number before it is shipped and installed. And re builders such as xemodex use non-contact potentiometers to prevent future failure.

1. Bump Stop - is it critical to replace the one that fell off ?
2. Throttle - okay, I assume the service place did all that with the remanufactured volvo part throttle, but I'll try to ask to confirm (programming dowload, non-contact potentiometer). The diagnostic code appears: ECM 91F0 91A7 903F 903C. Image embedded is the old throttle body with brand model imprinted.
