    I did use plastic retainer push clips instead of rivets (which I also have) just in case I need to go back in there again. The plastic clips are not any cheaper than the rivets. But FYI those OE rivets that have the plastic washers are available at Napa also for half the price that the dealer wants them for and I also got the retainer clips from Napa.

    I used regular pop rivets. Hardware store pop rivets, so, they were, what, 10 cents each? I hate to think what Volvo charges...
