    Default 35A fuse blown 2005.

Chart under hood says its for the headlight washer motor. The horn no longer works and the alarm went off.

This happened randomly in the driveway, all other electrical works fine.

Not a car electrical guru by nay stretch.

Headlight washer motor dies from time to time. Not very often though.

Alarm siren leaks acid from its battery, every one.

Blown fuse is the motor. You can remove the splash guard in the passenger corner of the front bumper and check how the motor is doing. Usually it gets killed by expanding water during winter freeze,

It depends on the damage that the leaking battery has caused. If the PC-board is intact, a new battery can be fitted. You have to break into the module and seal it afterwards. You can get to it by removing the right front wheel, remove a few rivets so you can bend the liner. The module is fixed with a flat-headed bolt. You can (for example) make flat sides to it 'eg with a dremel tool) so you can grip it. Replace with a "normal" bolt. You can also disconnect the alarm module and leave it like that. In that case, seal the connector so the CAN-bus isn't compromized.
