Default Turbo air inlet pipe sheared off at turbo, leaving rusty clamp

That I can't get off! Any hints on how to remove the clamp that is rusted on?

    I use a 7mm socket on a 1/4” ratchet for those clamps.

No matter how rusty, that’ll get it off and you can replace the clamp.

If we are talking about the coupling, IPD sells a nice silicone hose for that location. Highly recommend it.

If it’s the hose from the air box to the turbo, you’ll need a new plastic pipe.

Never heard of one failing, though...

Yes, it is the airbox to turbo pipe and it just disintegrated (OEM part). Car has been sitting for a while, but I don't see how that should have made a difference. I've come to the conclusion that I'll get a Dremel with a flexible cutter end in there. The socket just spins on the clamp bolt, it is too rusty.

    It is this pipe:

If deteriorated, just wiggle gently and pull after a spray of WD40.
