Default Issues Accessing Forums Logged in With IPv6

It's come to my attention that some members have been having difficulties accessing threads while logged in.

I've narrowed it down to the fact that all users having issues are attempting to access the site using an IPv6 IP address.

I've loosened up IP banning rules so hoping that will do the trick!

I still get this message (for about the past week or so)

A required field called ip is missing or has an invalid value.

If I log on before trying to view a post.

I can view posts not logged on and obviously can reply to them (by logging on after I click "submit reply") but if I am logged on the error message comes up on multiple windows (using chrome and IE) computers I have tried.

OK, I think we've gotten this one beat.

Upgraded forum software, which necessitated upgrading the server's version of PHP. In turn, the website's theme was not compatible with the newer version of PHP, so I ended up launching the new version of the site a bit prematurely as well... Not super pretty just yet, but she works!

Let me know if the issues persist!

    Taylor.
