Driver's Side Low Beam on Then off...

Hello, this is my first post.

My 2007 XC70 message said "Low Beam Failure". I found that the driver's side low beam lights when the engine is off, and goes out when I start my engine. The passenger side is normally functioning. At least twice the low beam stayed on for a few seconds after I turned the engine on. Any ideas as to what is going on? Thank you!

Possibly the harness to the headlamp. My car had an intermittent harness that Volvo switched out under warranty (when the car was new).
