Bunch of codes that seem to be related as they are in the same harness

Hey all im working in another 2006 xc. Heres the codes from VIDA:

Ecm-612D intake camshaft reset valve
Ecm-616D exhaust camshaft reset valve
Ecm-600D turbocharger control valve

And evap codes:
Ecm-420D
Ecm-421D
Ecm-432D
Ecm-433D

All reading "signal too low". I have replaced the boost controller on the airbox, the evap piece under the intake manifold, and both and both camshaft valves on top of the head.

No changes, im looking for a worn ground or chaffed wire.

Any advice?

Are you seeing any symptoms from the actual running of the engine? Idle at 650 RPM? Choppiness??
