    I installed the CanBus lights and everything is fine. BTW, LEDs are less wattage to comparable Lumens

    Exactly. Less wattage. Same Voltage.

    So, the current must be lower. That means that the resistance must be higher, not lower...because the current is lower...

    CANBus bulbs have the resistor built-in, no?

    Which specific bulbs did you use to get error-free on the brakelights? I have tried several without success, so your experience will be helpful.
