Wheel compatibility from '09 C30 (215-45R18) to '05 xc70?

Good day,
Looking into buying used wheels and tires from a 2009 C30, sized 215-45R18, and was wondering if anyone had been successful having them on a second generation XC70?

The 1010 tire size calculator indicates a diameter variance of -5.13%.
I have no experience with going towards different sizes, just want to make sure it's doable.

Hub Bore size and lug nut size are smaller on the c30 wheels than the xc70. That's probably a problem......
