1999 XC70 Looking for an Exhaust Upgrade

I am looking to put in a new header, exhaust, and cold air intake in my 1999 XC70. I am extremely new to car mods, but am very interested. I am looking for the best exhaust system, header, and cold air intake for the money. I would also like any tips or tricks on how to install these (i.e. heat wrap, new catalyst, etc...)

Oh boy!
Look up "Volvo stage 0" and do it first.
That will take care of your wallet for a while, then come back and ask again
Remember this will cost you over a grand. Are you sure you want to spend over a grand on exhaust, DP, CAI etc, when the XC is not worth much more than that?!
