Anyone identify the part needed to fix this please?

Howdy, just about to get into Volvo - purchasing an XC90 V8 registered end of 2008 and so I think is a 2009 MY.

Anyone on here know what the replacement part to this is?
Looks like an Airvent but not sure if its a control panel?

That is actually the hindge that holds the arm rest. They do break easily, but the arm rest looks to be slightly different, like the PO has modified it for a fix.
