In search of Wing Profle Load Bar Part number 30664457

As the subject says, I am in search of part number 30664457 which is the bottom plastic piece at the ends of the wing profile load bars (it's part #5 in the schematic attached.) One of the small plastic tabs broke and now it won't stay attached to the bar. According to the Volvo dealership I use regularly, this is a "pre-production" part and cannot be ordered (at least not via them.) Additionally, my Google searches have turned up blank. I'm just wondering if anyone has had a similar issue and was able to source the part, short of buying new or used bars? If not, no big deal as I have two working sets of load bars (I have three Volvo wagons - 2001 V70 and two XC70s), but I'd really like to be able to salvage this bar if at all possible.

Thanks for the suggestion of a 3-d printer. I hadn't considered that. Don't know much about that technology. Will have to do a bit of research. Thanks again.
