Deliberately wrong forum but ...
.
... I know I am unlikely to get the answer on the XC60 forum, and as a previous long-time XC70 owner and (fairly) active member of this forum, I am likely to entice a response on this forum.
My question pertains to applying the Gibbons method for flushing the transmission on the XC60. There are enough posts about the differences in the 6-speed AT box (no "dipstick"; a different method to adjust the ATF level etc.) so I am confident enough to know that I can do the flush .
The one tiny fact that I cannot discover is the direction of flow of the ATF through the cooler built into the radiator - is it bottom-up as in the P2 XC70 or has Volvo reverted to top-down as in the P1 cars?
If anybody can help with this AND have some other tips and/or cautions on flushing the ATF in the TF-80SC 'box I will really appreciate it.
Thanks
Pierre
