Strange siren like noise?

Hey guys, first time poster and I have a problem with my wagon. It's making a strange "siren like" noise while driving down the road, I thought it was the passenger side wheel bearing in the front and changed that. It is still making the noise, however it is quieter. It also doesn't do it all the time. I took a sound clip which I will post as well, but it has not been as noisy as it is in the video since I took it. Any ideas? Driver side bearing? Car is a 2000 and has 140k miles.

Well that's an odd noise
Can't help you off the top of my head, sorry
Maybe you need to change the other wheel bearing.
MILEAGE here always helps when you make a post like this!

Thanks for the response, I edited the OP with year and mileage. 2000 and 140k.
