    FWIW: I suspect the issue is that there is a one-way valve in the cap of the power steering reservoir. Over time the pressure this cap releases at increases, causing the pressure in the low-pressure side to increase, and it leaks out everywhere (seams, hose connections, over the cap, etc). On my car I hacked the cap to reduce the release pressure and all the little seepages stopped (and have for 2+ years).

    This is just a sample size of one though ;-) There's probably other issues that can cause issues, and just replacing the reservoir + hoses is the easiest way to guarantee it's fixed!

    Well I just tightened the hose clamps as they were loose. I could nearly pull the hose off the power steering pump the clamp was that loose.

    Then I flipped the gasket in the cap and topped up the fluid with Pentosin CHF 202 from O'reillys.

    IPd sale ends tomorrow in case I do decide to buy new reservoir and hose.
