yup, TCV from IPDUSA was the cause. Put back the old one and it is gone...hum always taught IPD had good product....... Last Time I wrote to them they never answered, I' ll try again to see if there is any waranty on it.

Have you tried cleaning the TCV? Might help. I'm unhappy about IPD's lack of response. I have one of their TCV's and could not be happier. I have not delt with them since the ownership change. I'd say give them one more chance before giving up...
I'd say stay away from aftermarket TCVs as I don't they provide much improvement (if any) over a properly working OEM.
