no, happen on a flat surface, generally at highway speed. I've tried with the trans in "manual" mode to check if it can be related but no. samething

very weird??? maybe I need to check if I have a bird nest in the intake and they raise their heads saying...oooh it is windy today, we'll stay home ...and I loose power everytime they check....

Nothing TO do, that's the way they are, some a bit worse than others
Small turbo, hard to hold boost plus all the other factors.
I think you would need to chip the ECU and get the rest of it to a really good stage 0 to see/feel any difference

Have you tired switching back to the stock TCV, even though the duty cycle may show peoper operation the energize/deenergize times are different then the stock TCV and may cause a power delivery issue. Other then that, did you try a ECU reset?

Other then that I'd have to agree with JRL by getting a tune and stage 0. Maybe try a wastegate adjustment .

    Good Luck

I have a tune, I reset often. I will try to switch back to stock tcv. Not it is getting worse. I was in travel and get back yesterday night. It do it going uphill and not starting to lose power like 1-2 second at intermitent moment. will plug my vida today to see if NOW I have something on that.

Good idea with the stock TCV, I think the HD units are a bit of marketing farce, I had a IPD HD TVC in my car and noticed problems at hard pulls and WOT. I was getting ECM-601C -- Turbo control defective boost pressure -- Signal too high, which would cause boost cut at high load high RPM. To test I switched back to the original TCV I had taken out, assuming that it was original from factory with 60k, and it cured the problem. Good Luck sorting out this issue, and post back with your findings.

I've plugged my vida yesterday evening. I dont have the codes with me now but it sound like this if I remember

    Malfunction indicator light CEM
Fuel pressure sensor Signal too high
    Fuel pressure sensor Signal missing

I"ll change that and will also get back on stock TCV. For the indicator light CEM, no clue, that is probably why I did not had the warning on, burned? probably, this thing light up too often......

The CEM code is due to your tune, i've had one ever since my tune, as have many others. Kind of like a tell tale of software modification. If you have VIDA it should give you some indication towards trouble shooting, otherwise i'd say it's your FP or your sensor.

Fuel sensor replaced, that got rid of the intermitent engine lost. I still have the pulse problem under acceleration or hard work. I did not want to change the tcv yet to better isolate problem.

Did you try a wastegate adjustment, possibly the base setting is to low for the tune/ECU. Try tightening it a turn or two. Just a thought
