Default 2001 Volvo V70XC for sale on Ebay - auction ends Sunday (great cond., new trans, etc.

My great driving V70XC is up on ebay and I'm selling it no reserve.
Black exterior and black/charcoal grey leather interior.

    Link to pictures:

    112k miles
    New transmission
    Brand new TCM
Upgraded IPD heavy duty sway bars
    12mm Front end links
    New front springs
Comes with new Pagid front brake pads
    K&N air filter
    Brand new rear hatch supports
Leather interior is in excellent condition
    Synthetic and filter every 3,500mi
    Etc...

Has a few nicks, dings, some rear door panel wear - appropriate for a car of this age, but the black paint is very shiny. The the sunroof inner sliding visor frame is loose and the rear hatch "open" warning light goes on (I must have tweaked a wire when I installed the 2 new rear hatch supports). Besides that, everything works well: heat, AC, 4CD stereo, lights, horn, etc.

The auction ends on Sunday and the wagon is located in Brooklyn, NY:

Email me through the auction if you have any questions.
    Thanks.

That looks like a nice, well taken care of XC with some great upgrades. Somebody should be happy with this.

    Thanks.
It has been very good to me and if I didn't live in NYC, I'd keep it.
Parking tickets and insurance are a little too much with another car on the street.
It's a little painful to see how little it might sell for...

It's an 01, people are leery of 01s in general, plus it's Ebay.
No one wants to pay high on Ebay but wait until the last few minutes you may be surprised

    Let me ask a question
It's impossible to see from the pictures. Are there many scratches, big or thin and (a guesstimate) how many dings need to be removed and are there any larger than the size of a quarter?
Your pictures are a bit dark plus it's black and EVERYTHING shows I see one huge one on the driver's side door under/near the mirror

It looks like the size of a golf ball. Being a 01 you need to remove the door panels because of the laminated side glass. A friend of mine with a p38 range rover got a dent that size on the corner of his hood while it was parked at the airport. Since it was really big it cost about $25 to remove.

    SOLD!
...And sorry I didn't answer JRL's question -- yes, it's a ding under the driver's mirror that's in between the size of a quarter and golf ball. I was so pissed when I saw it about a year ago, since it happened in the parking lot. The market is the market, but to me, $4,400 is a pretty damn good price for this Volvo...low miles, new parts, upgrades, clean interior, great exterior (besides the ding)... At least I got to keep the 18" Ronal wheels w/ new 235/45 tires.
