Difficult to understand your question since you posted 3 pictures. Not sure which pulley you are referring to. But in general, you have the following in picture #2

Intake cam gear (on the intake manifold side of course)
Exhaust cam gear (on the exhaust manifold side of course)
Timing belt idler roller (The pulley just below the intake cam gear)
Timing belt tensioner (To the left of the idler roller)

Here is what they look like in online stores

If you are replacing timing belt, have to do the belt+idler roller+tensioner.

Try to just point your camera to the item in question, only one picture will suffise, sometimes it is not easy to use arrows( pointer) for a novice, but if you asked a question like" What's the name of pulley in the right picture" You would get the answer that it is a pulley.
    Howard gave good descriptions.

Ok, looks like you are looking for an oil leak. This is probably a little tricky because of the moving belt + gears + related airflow that can blow the oil around and therefore harder to find the source.

With this said, here are some guesses and next steps

    - We are looking at your intake cam gear. There is a seal that prevents the oil in the head from leaking out. Obviously the gear is connected to a shaft that enters the head to turn the cam lobes. And the seal needs to preventing lubricating oil in the head from leaking out while allowing the shaft to turn.

    - Leaks in the engine seals are commonly caused by clogged PCV system. You can read up a bit on how PCV works and why its necessary. When the PCV system is clogged, there is pressure inside the engine that wants to push the seals out and therefore leak. There are probably 6 seals of interest (2 for each cam, 2 for the crankshaft). You have an 02 and likely over 100k miles on the car. If PCV system have never been replaced, then this is a likely candidate for the source of your problem. If the seal is replaced but PCV remains clogged, some of the seals are likely to leak again due to the presence of internal pressure.

    So I would suggest

    1. Clean up the current oil really good so you can better see the source of the leak as fresh oil makes its way out. Again, spinning gears + air flow in this area may make it a bit harder to find as it spins + blows the leaked oil drops around.

    2. Check your PCV system for clogs. Here is a recent thread on how to check the PCV

I see oil scattered all over. Clean it up with a can on brake cleaner spray. Run it until the oil starts appearing and you'll a better indication of where it leaks.
