Car Covers?

Car covers - do any of you use them, and, if so, how well do they protect your car from drain-hole clogging pollen and leaves, as well as other occasionally falling hazards? Any recommendations as to a reasonably effective cover in the $250.00 range?

I don't use them but if you're parked under a tree, I guess it's not a bad idea

I use them because there are some kids who wouldn't understand why cars must not be scratched with things. LOL

I bought one of the California Car Cover products and it appears to be a quality item. Understand what you mean by kids scratching things. We've got about 17 oak trees in our yard - the ropey clumps of pollen in Spring and many leaves in Fall, as well as bird droppings, tend tend to clog drain holes and otherwise mar paint finish. I used tactical clear paint balls to scare off a flock of starlings one day last week when home for lunch.
