eAre you talking about the relatively flimsy arms that look like U-channel? two bolts...piece of cake...but you likely need an alignment following the replacment since they control rear toe...they have an eccentric on them, right?
Got pics?

Pretty sure their is no adjustment on them for rear toe. However, someone please correct me if I am wrong. And as Astro said it is a super easy swap.

I have to take pics tomorrow of the bent rear control arm. As i was close to have alignment done twice now. I took it in for front end alignment after replacing the right outer tie rod end.I also needed to replace the rear end links(we already had the part but didn't install) Only to find out i need to replace the inner tie rod ends. Then i taken my car to my local indy mechanic to find out about the bent rear control arm and can't get an alignment done. I hope nothing else is bent/broken to finally get the alignment done. So I don't have compress the spring to get to the bolts on the control arm?

Not certain which arm you're referring to...
But there is an eccentric bolt on the inboard end of that arm, on the subframe, that allows that flimsy arm to be moved inboard/outboard to adjust alignment...and it looks like rear toe to me...
